Taste wine differently during the Sofitel Wine Days
Each year, when autumn comes, we are celebrating the wine harvest season at Sofitel Brussels Europe with the Sofitel Wine Days.
From the 21st of September till the 31st of October 2017, we invite you to embark on a thematic journey to learn more about French gastronomy and wine culture. During five weeks, enjoy unforgettable gastronomic and oenological experiences through various celebrations such as:
- A delicious and refreshing wine-based cocktail, available in September and October. Discover the “Gold Label” and “Divino”, a delicate alliance between Belgian cava/white Sauvignon, and sweetness of the cranberry juice and raspberry syrup. Available all day for €16 at the bar.
- Our “wine and cheese plate”: a harmonious range of three wines (White Sauternes Brumes de Closiot, White Savigny Les Beaunes and Chevalier Alexis Lichine red merlot) three cheeses (Bleu d’Auvergne, Saint-Félicien and Rocamadour) thoroughly selected by our sommelier and cheese maker. To be discovered for €30 at BE Café Marché Jourdan.
- The exhibition “Imprint of existence” by the Polish artist Michal Bajsarowicz. The opening night on October 17th will be a great opportunity to taste a delicious selection of wines from the most prestigious polish vineyards. More info at H5282-SL4@sofitel.com
- Our menu of the month, exclusively imagined for the occasion by our Chef Romain Abeille to be paired with delicate wines.
These five weeks will be a great occasion to celebrate the gastronomy and highlight the singular union that unites gastronomy and wine.
